What Will You Do?

As our Marketing and Outreach Coordinator, you will:

  • Connect with the Community: Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources, generating new referrals and reconnecting with past clients.

  • Champion Our Services: Provide current information on our exceptional home health and hospice services to referral sources.

  • Achieve Sales Goals: Work towards individual sales and volume goals set by the Director of Outreach, driving the growth of our programs.

  • Facilitate Client Referrals: Coordinate and manage client intake, including pre-admission reviews and obtaining necessary physician orders.

  • Address Community Needs: Identify and respond to the needs of community seniors through education and program services.

What Do You Need for This Role?

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent, or Registered Nurse/LPN.

  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a home health/hospice work environment. Marketing experience, particularly in home health/hospice, is preferred.

  • Sales Skills: Two years of sales experience, preferably in home health/hospice, desired.

  • Licensing: Valid Virginia state driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Driving Record.
