Job Description: Summary

This position oversees the Southeast Zone in Pennsylvania which includes Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia counties. Candidate must be bilingual; fluent in both English and Spanish.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaison to the local offices and other area agencies as needed; work as a point of contact to these agencies to develop working relationships and help cases that need additional support move through the enrollment process.- Develop relationships with community leaders and serve as a liaison with various constituents.- Act as a point of contact for these agencies to work out issues or help certain cases moving through the enrollment process.- Conduct outreach presentations to recipients and community members as needed.- Present program education and enrollment options to recipients.- Maintain positive relationships with county staff, state agencies, community groups and recipients.- Conduct outreach including phone calls, home visits and community presentations in the field as needed.- Establish and maintain knowledge of community and participate in community events, other activities as needed.- Report outcomes on a ongoing basis.- Educate clients and Agency Staff via phone and email to support initiatives.Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 0 - 2 years of experience.

Our benefits include comprehensive health plans, paid time off, retirement savings, corporate wellness, educational assistance, corporate discounts and more. </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborative-minded, team player is a key to success in this position.</li> <li>Solid writing and communication skills for the professional business setting are crucial.</li> <li>Establish/maintain effective relationships with HRSA’s FTCA deeming program team/COR.</li> <li>Provide administrative support to the Kepro/HRSA deeming program team to include managing calendar invites, prepare meeting notices, agendas, minutes, Power Point presentations, webinars, and other related documents.</li> <li>Assist with development/implementation/tracking of annual deeming training, and other training as required during the deeming cycle.</li> <li>Assist with management of the application review process to include making assignments to subcontractors, Kepro staff, etc.</li> <li>Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new application reviewers.</li> <li>Identify need for, create/maintain spreadsheets and data entry for key analytics.</li> <li>Process all application-related timesheets/invoices in a timely manner and record monthly deeming “units to bill” and report to accounting/finance for budgeting purposes.</li> <li>Serve as point of contact for Kepro subcontractors during the deeming cycle; respond to basic questions, issues, and needs as promptly as possible/within one business day.</li> <li>In accordance with HRSA policy, assist with maintenance of active PIV cards/certificates, EHB/HRSA email access, and other platforms, during the task order lifecycle.</li> <li>Assist with health center educational webinars and coaching sessions as needed.</li> <li>Assist with development of the deeming application reports as contractually required by HRSA.</li> <li>Assist with FTCA site visit related work as designated by supervisor (does not involved travel).</li> <li>Assist with completion of basic Completeness &amp; Accuracy (CA) application reviews, as necessary.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School graduate or GED; Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field desirable.</li> <li>1-3 years regulatory and/or compliance environment exposure/experience preferred.</li> <li>Ability to achieve/maintain federal government security clearances.</li> <li>People-oriented with ability to interact professionally and with respect to others.</li> <li>Ability to communicate with clear intent (verbally and in writing)</li> <li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.</li> <li>Ability to successfully collaborate with various levels of Kepro and HRSA personnel.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Teams, Excel,, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint.</li> <li>Technologically comfortable/adept at learning new software programs and functions at a basic level.</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple projects and set priorities.</li> <li>Flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.</li> <li>Ability to work within strict contract-established deadlines.</li> <li>3-5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.</li> <li>No supervisory responsibilities for this position.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Thank You!</strong></p> <p>We know your time is valuable and we thank you in advance for applying for this position.
