The Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator for Bright Star Schools is responsible for generating awareness of and interest in Bright Star Schools throughout the communities we serve. For at least twice a week, the Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator responsibilities will take place in the field and will include, but are not limited to, flyering, neighborhood canvassing, tabling at community hubs, presenting at events and foraging relationships for more outreach opportunities. In addition to the field work, the Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator for the BSS clusters will continue to answer the enrollment phone line. Recruitment/Outreach Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: ? Work with the Director of Outreach and Engagement to create and execute a community outreach plan to hit enrollment targets for Rise Kohyang Schools. ? Assist the Director of Outreach and Enrollment in identifying and connecting with potential partners, including local organizations, schools, institutions, churches, businesses, etc. ? Canvass in the local community along with other team members and the school Operations Assistants. ? Serve as an ambassador for Bright Star Schools through tabling and flyering in community hubs around the school, at local businesses, at community gatherings, during events and festivals.
