Description

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate as an integral part of the CCBHC multidisciplinary team, enhancing collaboration and engaging agency and community providers.

  • Identify new partners, conduct outreach, and attend awareness events, distributing resources on mental health first aid, suicide prevention, and more.

  • Incorporate technology into outreach activities, including webinars, social networking, and online content delivery.

  • Conduct process and outcome-based program evaluations, providing feedback to improve program effectiveness.

  • Promote a professional and organized culture within NorthCare and with all partnering agencies and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Master's in social work, public health, or related field preferred; bachelor's degree with extensive outreach and engagement experience required.

  • Minimum 2 years in consumer services and community engagement; 5 years for those with a bachelor's degree.

  • Proficiency in MS 365 applications, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse community members.

  • Ability to provide community-based services for 20+ hours a week, with the expectation to work in various settings including client homes, local venues, and via telehealth.

  • Must have reliable transportation, valid Oklahoma driver's license, and auto insurance with business purposes coverage.

  • Must report any current or prior confirmed record of child abuse for review.

  • Complete all required training within 30 days of employment; TB test within 12 months prior to employment or within 30 days after.
