Responsibilities:
Actively participate as an integral part of the CCBHC multidisciplinary team, enhancing collaboration and engaging agency and community providers.
Identify new partners, conduct outreach, and attend awareness events, distributing resources on mental health first aid, suicide prevention, and more.
Incorporate technology into outreach activities, including webinars, social networking, and online content delivery.
Conduct process and outcome-based program evaluations, providing feedback to improve program effectiveness.
Promote a professional and organized culture within NorthCare and with all partnering agencies and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Master's in social work, public health, or related field preferred; bachelor's degree with extensive outreach and engagement experience required.
Minimum 2 years in consumer services and community engagement; 5 years for those with a bachelor's degree.
Proficiency in MS 365 applications, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse community members.
Ability to provide community-based services for 20+ hours a week, with the expectation to work in various settings including client homes, local venues, and via telehealth.
Must have reliable transportation, valid Oklahoma driver's license, and auto insurance with business purposes coverage.
Must report any current or prior confirmed record of child abuse for review.
Complete all required training within 30 days of employment; TB test within 12 months prior to employment or within 30 days after.
