The Village works with the National Health Service Corp and our Devils Lake office offers the opportunity for loan repayment.

We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist, who would like to join a strong team that is committed to empowering clients & families and their families in the Devils Lake region.

As an Outpatient Therapist you will be required to have a Master's degree in a human service field with a highest license (ex: LICSW, LPCC, LP). Have the ability to complete diagnostic assessments that will define the client needs, risks and strengths, while also establishing strength-based treatment plans. It is also necessary to have an accepting non-judgmental attitude, strong clinical skills with the ability to provide direct clinical services to adults, couples, and families and, children by following and maintaining excellent case management standards.
