We are currently seeking a Fee for Service Outpatient Therapist to join our team in our Colmar, PA 18915 location.

HYBRID WORK IS AVAILABLE - Fee For Service

Earn $35/hour unlicensed and $38/hour licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Position Details

The therapist is a primary member of an outpatient treatment team in the clinic based behavioral health program for Merakey of Philadelphia. Essential responsibilities include the delivery of individual therapy services (telehealth and in-person) and coordination of care under the leadership of the Outpatient Director. Promotes the active engagement of clients in treatment wherein individuals can learn to live well with their mental health diagnosis.

• A bonus system that allows therapists to earn up to an additional $300 per month

• Evidence Based Practice Training/Certifications for eligible therapists for:

• Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)

• Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE)

• Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT)

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Candidate is required to have a Master's degree in a related field of Human Services, including but not limited to Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Sociology.

• License preferred (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

• Candidate is to have completed a 1 year clinical internship.
