Outpatient Therapist

Earn $30/hour

Schedule: Flexible between the hours of 8 am & 4 pm, Monday-Friday

Position Details

The outpatient therapist is responsible for managing a caseload of therapy individuals in its entirety. The position is fee-for-service, and works under the direction of and reports to the Director of Outpatient Services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle all treatment needs such as intake, assessments, and treatment planning.

• Document progress and conduct treatment reviews.

• Perform administrative tasks related to therapy.

• Receive clinical direction from the Program Director.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Licensed as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist or clinical social worker.

OR

• Licensed as a social worker or behavior specialist AND hold a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum from an accredited college or university.

OR

• Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing mental health direct services to individuals aged 21 and under AND a graduate degree with at least nine credits dedicated to clinical practice in psychology, social work, or counseling from an accredited college or university.

OR

• Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum AND a graduate degree with at least 9 credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work, education, counseling or a related field from an accredited college or university.
