Deaconess was once again named to the Forbes list of America#s Best Employers 2023. # Job Summary Provides individual, group and family therapy services to a variety of populations.#Maintains up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic approaches and is able to utilize various modalities to accommodate patient needs.#Maintains an active schedule and awareness of number of patient cancelations, no shows etc.#Develops action plan to address patient cancelations and no shows when rate varies from identified standard.Maintains an awareness of general activity in the department and offers to assist when appropriate.Formulates client#s treatment plans, including the establishment of treatment goals and objectives.Monitors and documents client#s progress in achieving goals and objectives.Participates in departmental efforts to improve patient satisfaction.Understands service#s offered throughout the outpatient department and assists when needed.#Responsible for understanding and documenting diagnostic information as required.#Identifies and seeks supervision for cases as needed.#Alerts supervisor to any patient or company issues that require additional intervention.# # Education and Experience Master#s degree in social work or related field.# Experience working with psychiatric patients in an outpatient setting is preferred. # Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Licensed mental health provider: Licensed clinical social worker, Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor required.
