Outpatient Services Representative South County: Covers front desk reception, registration, scheduling in our South County Office.

Non-union: Full Time

  • Reports to: Outpatient Operations Coordinator

  • Supervises: n/a

  • Other relationships: patients, external customers, Clinical director, physicians, clinicians, outpatient intake office staff, outpatient managed care office staff, outpatient business office staff, and other internal and external relationships as they routinely occur in day-to day.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Graduate

Training and experience: Proficient grasp of English language, grammar and punctuation skills, computer knowledge and data entry skills, professional interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with patients, staff and external customers.
