Pharmacist licensure by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy. Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) registration by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy within six (6) months as a condition of continued employment in this job classification.
Two (2) years of retail pharmacist experience. Medication Therapy Services (MTS) endorsement within one (1) year as a condition of continued employment in this job classification. Notice of Intent to Immunize (NOI) endorsement within one (1) year as a condition of continued employment in this job classification.
