Job Description:

Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned. Supervise assigned clinical departments.

Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies QA regulatory compliance OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings. Also responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions discipline and staff evaluations. Assist clinical staff as needed.

Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction. Directly supervises 10 or more employees in a clinic with 8 or more physicians and or 30 or more total staff.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:
2 years

Basic Life Support

  • American Heart Association or Red Cross, ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy

  • Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation, Registered Nurse

  • Various

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

VIEW JOBS 2/26/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-05-26T00:00 Job Description We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor to manage approximately 25 clinical RNs and MAs in our Outpatient Oncology and Infusion clinics across three different clinic locations. You will have the opportunity to manage and coach team members as well as manage specific administrative and clinical functions for our Outpatient Oncology and Infusion Clinics. This is a great position for you if you are looking to be able to be autonomous, coach and mentor staff and be a part of patients' journeys at a premier cancer clinic that provides great patient experiences. The RN Supervisor will work collaboratively with the manager of the clinics and the leadership team of the Saint Luke's Cancer Institute. The hours for this position are generally 8-4:30 Monday-Friday. Our managers are on call every 6th weekend by phone as we have 1 infusion site open on weekends. Our team builds strong bonds with their patients and in this supervisory role you will be able to be a part of chemo graduation ceremonies and providing care that has earned us the Commission on Cancer's accreditation and the Quality Oncology Practice Initiative. To maintain this, we need you to be interested and focused on process improvement, quality metrics, maintain flexibility and be a strong leader that can jump in and help wherever you are needed.
