Happy employees do better work and provide better client care Qualifications and Skills: Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university Licensed mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LP) in the state of Colorado; or ability to be licensed within 3 months of hire General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with timely mental health documentation Required experience with children, adolescents and teens, couples and families Effective written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus) Pass a background check Opportunities for growth:
