  Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with previous experience in a Family Med, Community Health, or Outpatient setting. Any experience with Community Health is a plus Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care practices and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
