As an Outlet Sales Leader, you will lead a driven and high-energy team of associates who are passionate and motivated to provide our clients with a transformational luxury experience.   • Lead product knowledge education, train, and develop the Sales Team

  • Ensure all clients are greeted and welcomed with genuine enthusiasm including establishing a genuine rapport with all clients

  • Offer clients to experience the features and benefits of merchandise, suggest additional merchandise that supports or relates to the clients needs; inform clients of sales promotions

  • Inform clients of additional services provided by RH Outlets, Galleries, catalog, web, RH Credit Card, Concierge/CW

  • Consistently and accurately follow up on client issues in a timely manner

  • Openly communicates feedback to all members of the Outlet Team

  • Process register transactions accurately and efficiently; accurately processes furniture purchase order forms, pricing, etc.

  • Maintains brand integrity through merchandising and utilizing replenishment guidelines

  • Passionately speaks to clients about RH assortment with the understanding of current design trends

  • Consistently enforces all policies and procedures as well as performs opening/closing procedures and ensure bank deposits are completed daily

  • Assists in curating innovative merchandising solutions of incoming product assortment

  • Communicate, track, and monitor weekly and daily sales goals to develop and inspire the Team to achieve results


  • Experience in retail or furniture

  • Ability to exceed sales goals and all company expectations

  • Ability to visually execute our creative vision

  • Ask questions, seek clarity, and dare to come up with solutions

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

  • Excellent attention to detail


  • Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques

  • Ability to maneuver effectively around sales floor, stock room and office

  • Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
