Outbound Telemarketer

Individuals in this role are responsible for contacting potential candidates using our CRM-linked dialing assistant to introduce our client's firm with the goal of setting an appointment with the candidate to learn more about our client's firm.

Commissions are paid on new placements. Position advancement to a Associate Consultant or Senior Transition Consultant for candidates interested in growing with the firm. Salary: $50,000 - $54,000 Commissions PTO Benefits Healthcare / Dental / Vision 401k 3% Contribution Work Hours: M-F 8:30am to 6:30 pm Year 1 Expected Comp: $80,000 - $100,000 Year 2 Expected Comp: $100,000 - $125,000 Year 3 Expected Comp: $125,000 - $150,000 Candidates must be:
