Office Location: Onalaska, WI

Position Location: Building A, Onsite

Compensation: $26.50 - $31.50 per hour

Benefit Highlights:

Purpose & Summary: Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations is seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Specialist to join our ITAD Business Unit. The primary purpose of this role is to support the ITAD outbound sales team by coordinating sales and purchasing transactions with customers and handling various back-office activities. Your efforts will contribute significantly to our mission of promoting a circular economy and environmental preservation by keeping tech assets in use and out of landfills. This role is intended for upward mobility into a sales executive position, offering a clear path for career advancement.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Identify and Convert Sales Opportunities: Prospect the market through site visits, virtual meetings, phone conferences, and industry events. Identify and qualify opportunities, collaborate with compliance teams, and support the closure of deals.

  • Pricing Evaluation and Margin Improvement: Request and evaluate pricing from vendors. Analyze and compare data to identify margin improvement opportunities, negotiate deals, and serve as the internal pricing expert, providing final approval on purchase proposals and pricing.

  • Nurture Vendor Relationships: Follow up on inquiries, and build strong relationships through regular communication and meetings to discuss business milestones.

  • Business Development, Supply Chain, & Project Management: Conduct market research to optimize product value, drive market penetration, and develop new channels. Collaborate with operations and support teams to implement process changes, manage projects, and develop new materials, products, and processes.

  • Tracking and Reporting Sales Metrics: Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales metrics and provide regular status reports to management.

Required Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Over one year up to and including three years of experience in Customer Service and Account Management.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Associates Degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • B2B Customer Service, Account Management, and eCommerce experience.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Customer Service Best Practices: Must possess knowledge of customer service, administrative, and communication best practices.

  • Sales Processes Familiarity: Familiarity with sales processes and a basic understanding of data integrity best practices.

  • Time Management & Organization: Proficient in time management, task organization, and prioritization.

  • Communication Skills: Professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Excellent customer service skills.

  • Data Management: Skilled in data entry, analytics, and report management.

  • Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.

  • Multitasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.

  • Clarity & Conciseness: Articulate information clearly and concisely.

  • Adaptability: Eager to take on new tasks and embrace change to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Abilities:

  • Accounting & Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.

  • ERP & CRM Systems: Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and accounting software systems.

  • IT/Electronics Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the IT/Electronics industry.

  • E-commerce Practices: Understanding of e-commerce best practices.

  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and report development.

  • Value Recognition: Ability to recognize used electronics with resale value, estimate selling costs, and determine the best e-commerce method for sale.
