This call center employee will deliver an exceptional member service experience through expert product knowledge, professionalism and prompt response. They will initiate contact, cross sell appropriate products, process documentation, and build relationships.
Will follow up on indirect leads and generate opportunities via outbound calls to members.
Act as a positive representative of the CU to foster relationships on and around campus.
Follows member service roadmap
Interviews members, provides financial solutions.
Will effectively recognize and maximize relationship and sales opportunities with members.
Achieve goals based on product cross sell, accuracy, volume, and member satisfaction.
Sells all other Credit Union products and services.
Interviews member and provide solutions.
Acquires necessary documentation.
Provide all information and documents needed.
Follows 4 contact on-boarding member interactions with thank you notes and phone calls.
Represent Credit Union in Professional manner, both in dress and in actions.
Comply with all regulations as required by law, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, FACT Act, GLBA, Regulation CC (funds availability), Regulation DD (TIS) and other regulations as required by law as it relates to his/her position.
One year similar or related experience required. Must possess excellent public relation skills and be comfortable with informing members about products. Organizational skills required.
