Role

Splunk is looking for an Outbound Marketing Campaign Manager to assist in the development and execution of marketing programs that support our Digital Sales team.

As an Outbound Marketing Campaign Manager, you will have the opportunity to help define our outbound strategy for prospects and our very loyal customer base. You will develop and manage a comprehensive portfolio of campaigns engaging our prospects as well as uncovering and developing cross/up sell campaigns to our existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Digital Sales, Sales, PMM, RMM, etc.) to develop and drive overall outbound strategy and messaging.

  • Participate in market segmentation and go-to-market strategy discussions to help identify target customer segments and potential target prospects in each segment.

  • Own end-to-end enablement for outbound campaigns.

  • Drive the development of customized outbound email campaigns in Outreach.io in conjunction with Digital Sales managers and DG Ops. Continually measure, refine, and optimize sequences based on data and feedback. Proactively suggest improvements to the outbound process and messaging.

  • Own the POR tracking and overall campaign optimization. Constantly review data to optimize campaigns and drive the plan-to-make-plan discussions with stakeholders -including real-time changes and pivots to strategy.

  • Develop ongoing and updated presentations for a variety of audiences (stakeholders, managers, execs) about outbound campaigns as well as performance-based metrics.

  • Partner with MOPs and segmentation team to find prospect accounts using various lead generation tools and B2B databases.

  • Partner with DG Ops to proactively identify gaps in reporting and drive solutions.

  • Lead preparation for follow-up on critical Tier 1 industry events - identify and prioritize potential prospects on conference attendee lists, find contact details, coordinate with sales teams on outreach approach.

  • Write content, including email copy and reviewing assets that align with overall campaign strategy

  • Manage Campaign Library

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business, sales/commerce, marketing, market research or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 5 years in lead generation, sales, marketing or equivalent market research or inside sales role, ideally in a tech organization.

  • Strong organization and time management skills.

  • Strong project management skills. The ability to manage multiple on-going projects with various stakeholders.

  • Experience with outbound prospecting, segmentation and using lead generation tools/B2B databases.

  • Extremely strong communication skills-both verbally and in writing.

  • Experience with Salesforce - managing lead/account/contact data, building reports, and analyzing reporting in dashboards.

  • Experience with Outreach.io or similar Sales productivity tools

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong research, data management, and analytical skills with ability to analyze data and react accordingly.

  • Self-starter-can operate effectively with minimal intervention. Ability to work independently and within a team, in a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Willingness to take on additional projects and tackle other critical initiatives to move the company forward.

  • Demonstrated initiative and desire to learn about new products/solutions, use cases and industries/verticals.

What is an In-Theatre Marketing Manager? This Marketing Manager oversees Cinemark's marketing activities on a national and regional level and offers support to theatres on a local level. This role serves as the first point of contact when theatres have a marketing inquiry and work on behalf of the field to determine solutions by leveraging the greater marketing organization including digital, content, creative, analytics, media, and partnerships. They work pro-actively to create and distribute communications as it pertains to In-Theatre marketing campaigns whether it is to their clients in the field or executives at the Customer Service Center. A Day in the Life of an In-Theatre Marketing Manager: Campaign Planning & Project Management * Lead development and execution of In-Theatre campaigns and activations, including but not limited to grand openings, remodels, competitive markets, and low performing sites. * Support the development and maintenance of the In-Theatre Marketing activations calendar and own In-Theatre placement and trafficking of internal and third-party provided assets (e.g., NCR strategy and placements, Vision Media activations and timing, etc.). Ensure timing and duration recommendations align with overall theatre strategies and priorities, approving, updating the calendar, and executing as appropriate. * Create and execute creative briefs and WorkFront requests that are complete and cohesive of brand and creative requirements. * Collaborate with web teams to ensure all theatre marketing campaigns and promotions are best represented online, approving and testing launches when required. * Compile strategic meeting agendas and manage cross-functional teams to complete projects on-time and cost-effectively, ensuring teams are aware of action items and next steps after each touchbase. Ascertain forward moving project momentum and pace while channel owners are responsible for specific channel strategy. Ensure that the stakeholders' strategies are complete and executed completely once approved. * Setup logistics for in theatre promotions and programs, including giveaways, gift cards, and more. Communication & Problem Solving * Serve as the first point of contact for the field, pulling in stakeholders as needed to respond to concerns and ensure issues have been fully resolved. Ensure that resolutions are given promptly and thoroughly address concerns. * Lead coordination of quarterly RVP call including scheduling and running the meeting, defining agenda, talking points, presentations, and guest speakers and providing recaps, notes, and next steps. * Create and deliver strong presentations supporting launch plans, business strategies and category objectives to senior management for each campaign. * Communicate project status to key stakeholders and executives with updates concerning activities and deliverables as well as risks and mitigation strategies. * Write and edit protocol directives for campaigns and route to CSC and field, managing timeline of when communication should be shared. Performance Analysis and Activation * Leverage resources such as historical data, peer or stakeholder knowledge or past reporting to pro-actively solve challenges and make move forward recommendations. * Define KPIs for campaigns and analyze performance and effectiveness against ROI objectives to improve strategies. * Manage competitive analysis within markets and create solutions for challenges.
