The Role

The Outbound Mailroom Associate will be responsible for printing, sorting, and applying postage to mail. Individual will also be responsible for printing and mailing explanation of benefits, medical records and litigation records.

This is a 100% in office role based in our Sioux Falls location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Printing outbound mail for various clients using multiple printers

• Operating high-speed mail insertion machine

• Utilizing software to provide closed-loop verification of each outbound mail piece

• Basic troubleshooting of printers and inserters

• Daily inventory of printing supplies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Some college preferred
