Outbound Business Development Representative (Onsite)

The Jerry Seiner Dealerships Service Call Center in Salt Lake is hiring for two full-time positions. We are a fun and productive team that is busy and looking to grow. General Job Information:

• On Site | Full-time (35-40-hour work week)

• Hourly base plus commission ($35-65k per year)

• Flexible work hours

• Open from 7 am-6 pm Monday-Friday, 8-5 on Saturdays, Closed Sundays

Duties include:

• Making outbound courtesy calls to customers to drive appointments into the service department.

• Respond to our customers via phone, email, text, and chat.

• Document conversations and update customer records after each interaction

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (Written and verbal)

• Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products, promotions, services, and needs of the dealerships.

• Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.

• Computer and phone skills will be essential to succeed in this position.

• Previous customer service, call center, or sales experience is a plus.

• Type 30+ wpm is a plus.
