OSP Construction Coordinator

Description:

• Construction Coordinator will supervise, and monitor construction jobs assigned

• Provide Quality Control of job design prior to issuing to contractors to assure job is correct.

• Monitor Status of construction jobs to ensure intervals are met

• Construction Coordinator will utilize Workfront project management system to update project results

• Perform QC on completed jobs and verify as-builts

• Perform QC on production reports and invoices to confirm proper billing

• Financial and Resource-Based Reporting: o Project Financial Report: Budget Burn-Down Report o Consolidated Invoicing Report o Resource Hours Report Skills:
