The Orthopedic and Sports Medicine team at the University of Vermont Health Network

• Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone, NY, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their team. Alice Hyde is one of six hospitals within the network that serves the northern regions of New York and Vermont.
  
  The medical center offers a variety of services, including a 75-bed acute care facility, four family health centers, a walk-in clinic, a cancer center, an orthopedic and physical rehabilitation center, a cardiac rehabilitation unit, and a dental center. The hospital also houses a 24-hour, MD-staffed Emergency Department, laboratory, surgical services, and outpatient services. Additionally, it includes a 135-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and a 30-bed Assisted Living Program. Alice Hyde works closely with a certified Level III trauma center located one hour away at UVM Health Network

• CVPH in Plattsburgh, NY, and with UVM Medical Center, a Level I trauma center located two hours away. Joining this program would provide the opportunity to make a significant impact on communities throughout Franklin County and the Northern New York region.

Salary Range: $120,000 to $160,000.
