Baptist Health is currently seeking to hire a highly motivated and experience Operations Manager for our new Orthopaedic Clinic located at Baptist Clay!

This Operations Manager will be responsible for workin collboratively with the Ortho Service line director to establish operational excellence in the clinic. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Orthopedic/Musculoskeletal clinical operations and have 1-2 years of Orthopedic experience, a strong commitment to patient care, experience in developing budgets and pro-formas, and a passion for building a successful program from the ground up.

The initial phase of this Operations Manager will focus on the development and implementation of the Orthopedic program at Baptist Clay. Once this has been established, day management of the clinic and system projects relating to Ortho operational optimization and development will be key. This Operations Manager position will fill in on a clinical perspective as needed. This Operations Manager will oversee a staff of initially 8-12 but as the clinic grows will likely oversee other locations and staff of approximately 25-50.

This is a full time, day shift opportunity in our newest Orthopedic Clinic opening at Baptist Clay to serve the community needs!

As an Orthopedic Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Development and launch of an Orthopaedic clinic.

• Develop clinic policies and procedures in coordination with BMG.

• Work with IT to operationalize EPIC at the location and optimize for Ortho use.

• Working collaboratively with the Orthopaedic Service Line Director to establish operational excellence.

• Budget development.

• Ensure that the X-ray system is connected to the system PACS and EPIC.
