WANTED: An experienced Operations Research and Systems Analyst (ORSA) with demonstrated experience in joint test and evaluation to support the Integration of small Unmanned Aircraft Systems into Joint Airspace (sUAS) Quick Reaction Test (QRT).
The sUAS QRT will focus on meeting requirements to capitalize on the small UAS's unique capabilities, maximizing their freedom of maneuver, and enhancing tactical warfighting while balancing the need for safe UAS integration into the joint airspace.

A week in the life of an sUAS ORSA:
Support the QRT team in test design, the establishment of measures of performance and evaluation, and subordinate test requirements to ensure proper and successful data collection and analysis.
Offer risk reduction strategies, and risk mitigation plans, and fully document existing processes, project enhancements, and test results.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor's Degree (technical field preferred) and minimum of 3-5 years of ORSA or similar experience.
Knowledge and experience in test planning and design, execution, and evaluation in the DoD operational testing and evaluation environment.
Knowledge of parametric and non-parametric statistics, data reduction, data decomposition, data analysis techniques, development of measures of performance and evaluation, confidence intervals, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and survey test and evaluation methods.
Experience and knowledge with test planning, data collection, analysis, and joint airspace planning experience at the operational and tactical levels.
Prior JT&E experience (highly desired)
Graduate of the ORSA MAC course (highly desired)
An Operations Research degree
Developing training or reference graphic products
Adept knowledge and skill in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products and other statistical tools.
Prior analysis experience involving DOD and/or FAA air traffic control or airway transportation systems.
