Title: Organizational Integrator (OI)
Location: Washington, DC
Conduct Fires, ADA and/or FA, Force Management design analysis and recommend solutions to issues as they arise and/or as Army guidance changes.
Represent the military OI in meetings and coordination sessions concerning fires force structure with the Army Staff (ARSTAF), Joint Staff and Department of Defense (DoD). Create and distribute an EXSUM for each session attended.
Provide Fires, ADA and/or FA, SME in the Army's force structuring process. Analyze Fires Force Structure, to include providing subject matter expertise and recommendations for Total Army Analysis (TAA) and Force Management Reviews.
18.104.22.168. The Contractor shall recommend ADA and FA rules of allocation based on analysis of force structure guidance and changes.
Provide Fires related subject matter expertise, serve as principal support analyst and coordinate all other actions as required (Edate changes, Out of Cycle requests, Grade Plate reviews) for the ADA and FA Organizational Integrators.
Prepare and present briefings, communicating effectively in support of the FCOE and DAMO-FM positions concerning force structure at multiple HQDA forums, prepare executive briefings and correspondence or up to and including the VCSA, Chief of Staff of the Army and Secretary of the Army.
Proactively pursue force design initiatives to improve ADA and FA organizational effectiveness. Participate and contribute to Force Design Update analysis and ensure that necessary support briefings are prepared and complete; coordinate and resolve issues with ARSTAF and USAFMSA.
Provide SME input to Fires related BOIP, TOE and Table of Distribution of Allowances (TDA) development and reviews.
Perform force structure trade-off analyses to support materiel development, procurement, force reduction/modification drills and course of action analysis.
Education and Experience:
Possess a bachelor's degree and have ten years cumulative experience in ADA or FA.
The Organizational Integrator shall analyze required capabilities, develop and investigate various techniques and courses of action to define and formulate Fires force structure requirements. This Senior Analyst uses his knowledge of (knowledge reflects ten years of experience in FA or ADA) ADA and FA weapon and mission command systems, doctrine, tactics, techniques and the maintenance philosophy to plan, evaluate, coordinate and develop effective and efficient Fires organizations. The analyst shall have a working knowledge of the acquisition process and the data bases used to produce Automated Unit Reference Sheets, draft Tables of Organization and Equipment (TOE) and Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP). He shall be able to coordinate with and obtain concurrence from HQDA staff members on issues related to Fires organizations.
