Job Description

Cintas is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Specialist to support the performance management process, the succession process, and leadership development programs.

Responsibilities include: prepare confidential performance and succession reports; answer performance and succession related questions from the field; assist with SuccessFactors testing for quarterly releases; manage 360 feedback survey process; vendor management for leadership training and executive coaching; create the annual seminar schedule; maintain offerings in LMS; and manage all training communications, invoicing and materials.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 3 years' business experience; Human Resources experience preferred

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Excellent oral and written communidation skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency with managing projects and vendors

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience with SuccessFactors or other performance management software
