We are looking for a talented Organizational Development Specialist to join our team specializing in New and Existing Employee Training for our Training Center in Rocky Mount, NC

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Supports the facilitation of general and specific training and development programs.

  • Contributes to the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of training and development programs.

  • Works with vendors and educational organizations to support the development and delivery of training and development programs.

  • Provides input to instructional content for learning environments in alignment with corporate standards; prepares instructional materials including participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, tests and job aids.

  • Plans and administers learning and development activities, instructor-led events and e-learning, including communication, scheduling events, facilitators, trainers, employees, vendors and facilities, and coordinating materials and conference room logistics.

  • Implements evaluation plans and prepares evaluation reports.

  • Discovers, interprets and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; determines conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously applies statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem-solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights; presents conclusions and outcomes that enable data-driven business decisions.
  • Human Resources Data Management
  • Acts on people data to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with company policy and legislative requirements.
  • Training Delivery
  • Instructs learners in a manner that engages and adjusts to individual and group needs resulting in knowledge, skills and abilities that can be applied on the job.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. Facilitate Corporate Training Classes.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
