  • Assists Talent Acquisition with the design of succession mapping, creating associated succession plan and management system.

  • Contributes to processes for identifying and developing high-potential performers.

  • Evaluates and makes investment recommendations regarding assessment tools, surveys, training curricula, technology, etc. as necessary to support Talent Management team strategies.

  • Partners with HR team on implementing new HR programs, processes, and/or procedures.

  • Champions an environment of diversity and inclusion for all stakeholders.

Minimum Experience Required

  • Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or similar job-related certification preferred.

  • Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role):

  • 4-6 years of professional Organizational Development or related project work experience in Human Resources. Minimum 2 years experience in Organizational Development.

Job Description: The successful candidate will work effectively with senior business development leadership as well as program, technical and functional entities for the purpose of developing business strategy, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and interfacing with customers to close on contract orders to meet annual operating plan and strategic growth plan. This position will be supporting the Environmental Solutions Business Unit of Space and Intelligence Systems Segment.
