Our HR team is growing! We are looking for an Organizational Development pro with expertise in planning and launching top notch learning, training, and professional development programs. As our agency continues to expand, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our current programs and developing new, innovative plans for the future!


  • Consult and actively engage with senior leadership to conduct needs assessment and provide training recommendations in order to meet these needs.

  • Align enterprise wide training programs with organizational Values and history, leadership competencies, strategic plan and overall theory of change

  • Ensure all newly hired and promoted supervisors receive appropriate new supervisor trainings

  • Introduce mentorship and reverse mentor programs across multiple functions

  • Organizes and delivers all aspects of training events including system tracking registration, vendor coordination, communication to all parties, facility and materials preparation, training facilitation and post training follow-up.

  • Implement a new rewards and recognition program that is fair and meaningful.

  • Oversee all mandatory compliance training programs to keep organization in compliance with regulatory agencies

  • Work closely with HR to ensure effective onboarding of all new employees across a variety of disciplines and occupations, including by role and job function

  • Create tools and systems to evaluate effectiveness of all training initiatives


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Development - Training, or related subject

  • Ability to understand and analyze training results

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep up with a large volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for helping people

  • Knowledge of career mapping and the ability to help staff think strategically about career progression

  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to adapt to various audiences

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to administer multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload

Summary The Global Customer Experience (GCX) team at Stanley Black & Decker is looking for a full-time Global Creative Operations (Traffic) Manager to build and lead a global resource and project management team to streamline processes and manage workloads to deliver a 'best in class' creative assets to end users. This leader will be responsible for creating processes and implementing project management trainings for the greater marketing teams. S/he will manage a team who oversees project timelines, workflow, resource workload capacity in the Workfront project management platform. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with projects varying in complexity and be successful at managing competing priorities and teams globally. This individual is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in operations, project management and/or traffic. In addition to building a team, this role will provide leadership and guidance in process development, documentation, and global roll out strategies. What You'll Be Doing * Manage a global team of traffic coordinators and/or project managers * Manage resources, workload and project schedules for studio teams across all projects including, but not limited to, packaging, e-commerce, photography, video, marketing materials, and more * Participate in project planning meetings (I.e. Milestone process for new product launches) * Manage third-party relationships and outsourced work * Manage freelancer and/or agency relationships for production support (as needed) * Collect final and working assets from outside partners to file on BOX * Conduct quarterly and/or annual workload analysis to provide cost/benefit insights; present findings and identify areas for improvement: * Workload volume * Workload timelines and project lifecycles * Resource capacity * Develop global documentation for project requests and processes - request through completion for teams including but not limited to: * Campaign Creation * PIM and DAM - asset ingestion, data upload * Packaging * E-Commerce * Website * Rollout Workfront process to global teams * On-board and train new teams or team members on Workfront process * Conduct quarterly or annual audits to provide cost/benefit analysis; present findings and identify areas for improvement: * Workload volume * Workload timelines and project lifecycles * Resource capacity * Lead regular status and project planning meetings with key stakeholders across team and region What We're Looking For * Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent and 10 years of experience in resource planning, traffic, and/or project management * Experience with international teams preferred * Experience working with a studio or creative team required * Management experience required - building a team and defining process preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels * Strong project management/organizational skills required * Proficient in Microsoft Office - advanced proficiency in Excel desired * Experience with Workfront or other project management software preferred * Able to manage multiple, competing priorities - must be able to plan short and long-term simultaneously * Proactive, self-starter with the ability to motivate teams, inspire collaboration, influence decisions, and introduce new ideas * Strong leadership with the ability to 'bring people along' in the process * Detail oriented and punctual is a must Stanley Black & Decker is one of the world's largest, fastest growing and most dynamic companies.
