Summary: Diplomat's summer internship in various departments will provide a contextual educational experience for an undergraduate student seeking a degree. This position requires an understanding of organizational development fundamentals. Potential areas of focus could include; administration and analysis of survey data, exploration of opportunities within our online HR system, and providing support with administrative and tracking needs of leadership development programs. The internship is based in Flint, MI.
Bachelor's Degree in progress, majoring in learning and development and/or organizational development, or other related field.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Have flexible work schedule, as needed.
Work with internal team and cross functional groups on defining programs or services.
Ability to acquire and document standard operating procedures.
Ability to communicate business requirements to internal stakeholders.
Provide aid in developing and implementing reporting requirements for organizational development programs.
Ability to handle simultaneous responsibilities
Ability to evaluate current department processes and offer solutions for implementing and administering a new program or service.
Ability to follow up with internal stakeholders to clarify issues and retrieve more information.
Ability to work cooperatively with a team.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
