Role Summary:

The Culture Communications role is responsible for driving culture communications and employee engagement across the Aviation business through communications strategy development, business partnership, storytelling, initiatives and relevant employee events.

Essential Responsibilities:

In addition, in the Culture Communications role, you will:

Partner with divisions to ensure understand culture and environment across the business and develop communications to drive improvement and engagement

Ensure employee engagement and strong connectivity to business strategy

Analyze and design an improved communications strategy to recommend new channels, methods and ideas to improve employment engagement

Partner with Aviation communications team to accomplish key priorities including culture, strategy and change management efforts

Communicate with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems

Demonstrate awareness & sensitivity to cultural differences and global norms within the organizational context of the role

Contribute to project as a team member and lead small projects

Provide ad hoc support on external communications

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Communications)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Internal / Employee Communications

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Ability to influence others and lead small teams

Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact

Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
