Job Description: Job Number: R0038255
Organizational Change Management Strategist
Are you passionate about helping organizations transform effectively? Are you looking for an opportunity to help modernize a DoD organization? Change within an organization is necessary, but it has to be done the right way. Your ability to understand the effects of change in an organization and how to mitigate challenges makes you the difference between success and derailment.
As a change management consultant on our team, you'll have a direct impact on an Air Force organization. You'll engage with your customer to analyze their environment and produce change management assessments, strategic plans, stakeholder analyses, and a change management strategy that drives stakeholders towards adoption. You know change management isn't a one-size-fits-all concept, so you'll use your experience with organizational change models and a deep understanding of your client's operating environment to create a customized action plan. You'll assess how a change will impact business processes and organizational design so you can develop a change strategy to facilitate the process. You'll also monitor and direct the workflow of change management projects. As an onsite change expert, your client will look to you to help them pivot as needs arise throughout the change cycle. Throughout the change life cycle, you'll identify and communicate opportunities to expand services to existing clients. Join us and lead change for the better in the Air Force.
Empower change with us.
