We are looking for an OCM Lead to support our Global IT organization. As part of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team, the OCM lead will create and implement change management strategies that maximize user engagement as well as drive faster adoption and higher proficiency in changes impacting employees, with a focus on business results achieved. This role will focus on driving comprehensive engagement efforts with key stakeholders and leaders in GIT and across the business.
Define strategy and processes for communications, mapping, and training
Oversee a team of OCM specialists to successfully execute OCM strategies, work plans, deliverables and track progress of these goals
Work closely with business stakeholders to support change management activities such as: executive alignment, stakeholder management, change agent network, communication, change impacts, end user mapping, go-live readiness, training, and value realization
Support management of change agent network
Maintain change impact plans
Review all targeted communications
Manage all training development activities and publishing of training library
5-10 years of experience successfully delivering change management (including training)
Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as organizational development, communications, business administration or equivalent work experience focused on cross-functional communications spanning various organizational levels.
5 years experience in a relevant field such as organizational development, communications, information technology; project management or product management a plus
Prefer direct supervisor/manager experience
Proven track record of leadership, initiative, collaboration, customer service, and focusing on results.
Strong business acumen with technical experience and functional understanding of operations from corporate, regional, and local perspective.
Understanding of Bio-Rad's business, processes, culture, and stakeholders a plus.
Ability to foster strong relationships with peers, business partners and stakeholders by building trust and credibility; strong collaboration skills.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse people at various organization levels with the right level of detail and cultural sensitivity.
Experience with international business processes, strong relationships across the organization or ability to create them on behalf of the change effort, and knowledge of other languages a strong plus.
Experience with IT systems implementation and/or process transformation a plus.
Must maintain a strong balance between technology and business acumen with a deep desire to deliver business value to the organization.
