The Organizational Change Associate, Senior is a great role for someone who has 4-10 years of professional experience in organizational change and transformation and the desire to support complex, mission-critical projects while also helping to strategically grow the company. This person will focus on improving existing practices and establishing new organizational and personnel processes and procedures, specifically with ethics and misconduct allegations investigations.
Clearance: Current Public Trust preferred / US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree
4-10 years of professional experience leading and performing consulting projects that drive mission results (e.g., process improvement, organizational change management, strategy, etc.)
Experience with organizational performance and efficiency improvements, such as change management or implementing change across large organizations, with measurable results
Strong leadership skills and outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills
Proven skills in developing great client relationships and entrepreneurial spirit in working on new business in a fast-growth consulting firm
Strong interest in homeland security
Additional Preferred Skills:
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) or Master Black Belt (MBB) Certification
Experience with FEMA or another emergency management or hazard mitigation agency
