Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Demonstrable skills developing and executing communications materials, such as micro videos, fact sheets, job aids, instructional guides, Web content, briefings, and presentations.
Proven ability to lead others to achieve awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support from users
Excellent business writing skills to develop email announcements, design promotional materials, prepare/conduct briefings, and help develop training materials
Preferred Qualifications
Marketing, design and/or human factors education or experience
Experience developing and delivering training and communications
Change management certification or designation
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

Job Summary

The Organizational Change Analyst (OCA) will play a key role in ensuring the ERP implementation change initiative meets objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the "people side" of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
