The work will be primarily focused on helping organizations deliver major change and adopt agile ways of working to achieve strategic goals more quickly and effectively.

This role requires you to:

  • Engage clients using innovative methods to drive team collaboration and lead structured rapid idea generation and development sessions

  • Deliver quality solutions and iterate to improve them

  • Determine best techniques to co-create and innovate on client opportunities

  • Manage and coach small teams and oversee team work activities to innovate and achieve value creation

  • Effectively collaborate with peers, leadership, and clients

  • Coach clients in the benefits of Agile

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of external consulting experience or other relevant experience related to successful delivery of change management work in support of enterprise transformation or organizational change

  • Progressive Agile delivery - implementing end-to-end (full life cycle) transformation

  • 3-5 years' experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Agile Coaching

  • Change Strategy

  • Change Adoption

  • Analytics-driven Change

  • Organizational Change Capability Building

  • Interested and capable of applying your Agile expertise in the wider organization in addition to the realm of the CIO.

  • Ability to innovate and challenge norms

  • Agile work style, open to iteration and flexible to change approach/direction

  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

As a People Analytics Business Intelligence Consultant working on the People Insights & Analytics HR team, you will be empowered be creative and innovative, and a typical day will include: POSITION OBJECTIVES: * As a People Analytics Business Intelligence Consultant, you are responsible for managing the data lifecycle for the People Insights & Analytics (PIA) team from data definitions, data integration, and ETL thru visualization and analysis. This includes incorporating new technology and datafeeds from both internal and external sources into the existing data lake. * Responsible for managing the suite of dashboards and data products within the PIA team, including the development & design to continuous improvement and support. * They will partner with the PIA consultants to gather the needs of the various stakeholders to build into consumable analysis and tools. * The consultant is responsible for conducting deep-dive analysis into business issues as directed by the PIA team POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Manage the documentation and definitions for all the PIA datasets within the data lake. * Own the design, deployment, training, updates, and support for all data products created by the PIA team including the HR Dashboard, TA Applications, deployment of predictive models * Manage the integration, ETL, and security for all datasets within the PIA analytics environment. * Partner with the People Analytics Consultants to conduct deep-dive analysis on people related business issues.Partner with the HR Technology team and IT to ensure we are ahead of any HCM or other system-related changes and lead the necessary changes to ensure we have a best in class analytics team. * Help Global HR in designing creating data solutions and data collection activities to help the adoption and building of a data-driven culture within HR. * Be a strong advocate and defender of Data Privacy and partner with stakeholders in HR, Ethics & Compliance, Data Privacy, Legal, etc… to ensure that we are compliant, respectful, and transparent about the work that we do. This may include representing the team on various cross functional councils.
