The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As an Organization Effectiveness & Talent Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Managing various Organization Effectiveness & Talent prioritized projects within the global organization you support. For example, supporting identification of action plans and ensuring progress on inclusion and diversity index plans, talent reviews, and employee surveys
Supporting change projects within your organization
Collecting appropriate internal and external talent and organization data for consideration in our people and culture strategies
Analyzing, interpreting data and making recommendations to support our talent management processes (such as performance, promotions, talent reviews, turnover, and headcount/labor costs analysis)
Managing and coordinating other prioritized activities within the Organization Effectiveness & Talent team (such as communications, focus groups and training)
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Three (3) years of human resources experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Strong analytical experience and skills
Ability to translate data into action/recommendation
Strong project management and collaboration skills
Demonstrated initiative and curiosity
Travel: May include up to 5% domestic
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
