The Inova Systems Headquarters in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Senior Organization Development Consultant!
Develops meaningful and productive relationships with HR and business leaders to assess needs and develop strategies to increase operational effectiveness and individual, team and organizational performance. Manages project work end-to-end and ensures productive partnerships with all project members, vendors and stakeholders.
Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant in performance management, succession and executive development, change management, competency integration, culture transformations and other core learning & organizational development areas. The successful incumbent will possess strong facilitation, coaching and influencing skills.
Experience: 5+ years of related and progressively increasingly responsibility in organizational development, change management, business process improvement, IO psychology, or other related fields. Analyzing organizational development and effectiveness and recommends, designs, and implements business solutions to include assessment and selection, competency model development and implementation, survey design, performance management, team effectiveness and talent and succession planning
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field. Prefer candidates with a Master's Degree in Organization Development or related field.
Training: Formal training in leadership development approaches, group facilitation, and improving team effectiveness.
Certifications: Leadership Coaching or Change Management Certification strongly preferred

Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated experience in designing surveys and assessment tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and create strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders in the organization.
Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
