Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you will have responsibility for work products and activities for your workstream and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting/leading day-to-day internal team meetings and coordinating/facilitating meetings with clients and their stakeholders.
You will be expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You may be responsible for leading and mentoring junior resources to promote quality analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the client business/operating group with overseeing change management activities for implementation of a new technology solution across the organization.
This includes establishing an OCM strategy and plan with key stakeholders, communication strategy and plan, and training strategy and plan; and supporting execution of those plans. Key responsibilities for this position include: Responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance Coach senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor Support the IT project teams in integrating change management activities into the project plan Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications Identify and manage anticipated resistance Consult and coach IT project teams on OCM documentation and framework Oversee the development of training materials, and lead training delivery leads to ensure full coverage of the training program Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan Create briefings and marketing slicks Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, including stakeholder analysis Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university 7-10 years of relevant experience in OCM, Training, and/or Communications Client service orientation Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills An inquisitive nature and desire for continuous improvement Superior interpersonal skills Strong writing and organizational skills Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) Suite Ability to collaborate as a part of team, as well as to work independently Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire.
