Responsibilities
Job Summary
Responsible for day-to-day activities support for Order to Cash Track as assigned in the US region. Typical activities under Order to Cash track are Customer billings and pricing updates, Customer Account Reconciliations, AR aging reporting, Customer collections, Cash Applications etc.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Following is list of activities to be performed during internship and is not exhaustive:
Customer Account Reconciliations
QA Cash Application Checks
Pulling Aging Reports & Monitoring Past Dues
Customer Calls on Payment Reminders
Assisting with OTC Shared Mailbox Requests and action thereon.
Assisting team members with any specific request.
Reporting Assistance as Needed
Special Project Assistance as Needed
OE/Lean

Education and Experience:
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Computer skills, with knowledge of Excel, Word and ERP System would be added advantage.
Spoken and written fluency in English.
Work as a team player.
Principal Working Relationships:
Work with Finance Controllers/Managers and CSR/Logistics Managers globally
Work with colleagues in GBS Finance and Logistics teams on need basis.
Contact with Customers as required.
Must have the ability to speak and read English.
