In this role you will be responsible for providing high quality, efficient and timely fulfillment of all of the company's products to its customers. This includes customer order processing and data entry, preparing shipping documentation, and troubleshooting any technical or shipping errors.
Location: Greensboro, NC | Type: Full-time, Non-exempt | Pay Rate: $15/HR-$18/HR

To Customers: Provide courteous and prompt service in a friendly and professional manner.

To Owners: Represent the company's image consistent to its values & keeping with our company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Process orders via the company's order management and license management systems, including but not limited to data entry, updating customer information, preparing shipping documentation.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately.
Communicate daily with team members and relay any issues to supervisor.
Assist with inventory counts and resolve any inventory count discrepancies.
Daily building run to transfer small packages and envelopes between the 2 Noregon buildings, approximately 5 mile round trip (with own vehicle).
Other tasks as assigned.
Other tasks that the applicant may be requested to assist with include but are not limited to:
Load and unload pickups for all parcel/freight carriers throughout the day.
Pick and Pack: Same day picking and packing of customer orders that demonstrates perfection in quality as it relates to completeness, placement, and product condition.
Receiving: Unload deliveries of products and audit for variances.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Work will be performed in both an office environment and warehouse environment.

Basic Computer Skills: Experience in Excel, Word, Office, Access and have the basic computer skills.
Must be willing and able to use personal vehicle to make daily delivery and pick-up runs.
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, clean driving record, and auto insurance in the State of North Carolina.
Physical Requirements:
Basic motor skills and manual dexterity for extensive computer usage are required.
Sitting for extended periods of time is required.
Talking, hearing and close vision abilities are required.
Standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, and crouching required.
Stress may occur with changing priorities, tight deadlines and long hours.
Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds overhead along with the ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
Some work may be performed in the warehouse that is not air conditioned.
