Position Description:
Responsible for order fulfillment activities. This includes, but is not limited to, customer order picking, packing, and shipping activities, and daily assignments to support these activities.
Scope of Responsibilities:
The individual in this role will:
Work within an assigned Zone using RF scanners, accurately pick customer orders according to location, product code, lot number, and quantity requested.
Place the picked items in a box on the conveyor line and continue to the next order once the pick for the current order is completed. Report any discrepancies and/or damages to the Lead or Supervisor.
Check picked orders for accuracy of lot numbers, quantities and Manifest / Pack List completion.
Replenish locations with finished product as requested (reverse pick).
Observe all safety guidelines; Inform Supervisor of any safety hazards; attend all required safety training classes.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as necessary to move materials while complying with all safety and operating rules. Training is provided.
Clean, maintain and ensure proper housekeeping in the facility to meet and exceed GMP requirements.
Comply with Company policies and procedures

Requirements/Preferences:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
1-3 years experience in comparable position
Able to interpret, understand, follow, and communicate instructions.
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written (read, write) clearly in English. Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus but not required.
Flexible to work weekends and extended periods of time when needed.
Must obtain certification (if required) for operating forklift equipment (Stock Picker, Reach Truck, Pallet Rider) within 90 days of starting.
Able to perform basic math.
Ability to work well with others and be a team member.
