Tessco is seeking an Order Management Specialist for our team. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be fulfilling customer post shipment requests. Your focus will be working within cross functional teams to ensure the customer is well supported after their order has shipped from Tessco.
Coordinate cross functionally to resolve short, wrong, and over shipments, warranty claims, invoicing issues, price corrections, material transfers, and return requests
Provide post shipment information and documentation to customers
Research and resolve kitted material issues
Review discontinued product and correct outstanding orders
Update bulk shipment delivery dates
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
Update consolidated shipping costs
Source emergency alternate material
Report on and bill for material expediting efforts
Bachelor's degreein business or related field or equivalent documented experience and skills
Results-driven, self-starterwith excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated superior customer service abilities
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask effective time management andorganization skills
Strong sense of urgency for customer needs balanced with an understanding & advocacy for fiduciary responsibilities to TESSCO
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate throughout cross functional teams within TESSCO organization
Clear understanding of operational policies and best practices
Ability to train and mentor team members
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel)
Salesforce experience a plus
