Order Management Specialist I, II, Or III

Brewer Science, Inc. is a major innovator of high-technology solutions for the semiconductor / microelectronics markets. We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as a Order Management Specialist (level I, II, or III). This position will be located in Rolla, MO.

Summary:

An Order Management Specialist is responsible for monitoring sales orders and confirming accurate delivery details to the customers. This includes verifying the availability of placed orders and ensuring its quality before shipment to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

TITLE I: Order Management Specialist I

• Communicate with field offices on the status of account issues and needs.

• Ensure that ERP information is maintained in a way that drives production and supply planning. This information includes, but is not limited to, customer information, sales orders, and quotations.

• Communicate and coordinate with other departments, such as Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Engineering, Material Handling and Logistics, and Customer Service, as required, to complete assigned Order Management responsibilities to meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Assist with the integration of ERP and other order management associated processes.

• Conduct inventory information gathering at the customer level and perform inventory level monitoring, reporting to appropriate personnel.

• Focus on customer relations and service relative to sales support and assist with customer issues and needs.

• Facilitate Order Management tasks that provide sample submissions to new and existing customers

TITLE II: Order Management Specialist II

• Same duties as TITLE I.

• Additional duties as TITLE II:

• Serve as coordinator/facilitator with the Finance Department in the collection of past due invoices.

• Support and assist BSI, BSL, and BSA Account Managers, SBU/Pipeline Leaders, and Sales Managers with all aspects of sales.

TITLE III:

• Same duties as TITLE II.

• Additional duties as TITLE III:

• Mentor and train new hires in all aspects of the position.

• Plan, delegate, and monitor tasks of team members.

• Collect and maintain regular reporting metrics covering all aspects of order management to aid in strategic business decision-making.

• Develop and present findings within and outside Manufacturing Operations Department.

• Utilize OBIEE for reporting.

Education & Credentials:

• TITLE I:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 0-1 years of experience.

• TITLE II:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Associate's degree is preferred.

• 1-5 years of experience.

• TITLE III:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Associate's degree is preferred.

• 5-10 years of experience.

• Experience Oracle or ERP
