Position Overview:

Bulletproof is looking for an Order Management Specialist to join a cutting-edge supply chain organization that is focused on our mission of "creating products that radically improve lives". As a member of the Bulletproof fulfillment team you will be responsible for marketplace and retail order placement and tracking orders through to customer receiving. You will interact closely with a cross-functional group of professionals including Sales, Marketplace team, Accounting, and 3PL's.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Retail, Amazon and other marketplace orders in Amazon portal as well as Bulletproof ERP system. Ensure there is inventory available before placing orders.

  • Track Retail, Amazon and other marketplace orders to ensure picked up on time and received into customer warehouse in full.

  • Manage order placement against Sell-In Forecast

  • Track, dispute and manage in short receipt errors and marketplace fulfillment related costs.

  • Create warehouse work orders and track through to completion in systems.

  • Track lot and exp against all orders for specific marketplaces

  • Create SOPs

  • Other activities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems

  • Order entry experience preferred (Retail and Amazon Seller Central)

  • College degree preferred

VIEW JOBS 7/2/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-09-30T00:00 ASRC Federal Mission Services, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Records Management Specialist to support our nationwide contract to provide the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with records management services. Duties include the use of records management systems for search, retrieval, and data entry, applying records retention schedules to files, archiving and disposition, and preparation and review of file plans. The Records Management Specialist also responds to customer inquiries, participates in records organization projects, provides records training, and assists with records imaging, in addition assists colleagues with preparing and archiving eligible records for offsite storage, maintains daily activity statistics, and produces monthly activity reports. The ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented. Must know how to manage and organize records in all formats. Review and identify records management procedures, policies, conventions and controls currently in place, such as naming conventions, version management, file plans etc., and compile and organize records accordingly. Educate staff on records management best practices and day-forward policies, strategies and procedures to meet ongoing records management and litigation hold needs. Perform technical duties as required, including but not limited to: records information services, development of procedures; collection and inventory management; organization and classification; indexing, training EPA staff in records, records center, and other information procedures; database development (using Agency-approved off the shelf software) and utilization and other duties of a central records center. Prepare monthly statistical and narrative reports on activities and progress; preparing other reports as needed. Experience with Versatile Enterprise records management software, content management systems, and knowledge of working with federal records or the Environmental Protection Agency is a plus. Basic Qualifications: * Three years records management experience, including filing paper and electronic records, entering data into records management systems, preparing records for disposition or retiring, and usage of records retention schedules. * NARA certification desirable. * BA/BS strongly preferred. * Customer service skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and on teams, to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers and to prioritize and manage multiple on-going projects.. * Prepare monthly statistical and narrative reports on activities and progress; preparing other reports as needed. * Educate staff on records management best practices and day-forward policies, strategies and procedures to meet ongoing records management and litigation hold needs. * Identify, review and update records management procedures, policies, conventions and controls currently in place, such as naming conventions, version management, file plans etc., and compile and organize records accordingly. * Complete routine FOIA processes assignments under the guidance of the Project Manager and client. * Provide administrative support to process current and backlog requests This consists of receipt, entry, distribution, and; generating reports; correspondence; cataloging (electronic/paper); retrieving and reviewing documents and applying redactions. * Physical requirements include full range of arm motion, including lifting above the head, ability to bend, stoop and kneel, ability to routinely lift and carry 40 lbs. in weight, to push or pull 200 lbs. on carts, to push or pull 1200 lbs. via pallet jack, ability to use stepladders to reach materials on upper shelves. Candidate should also be comfortable sitting at a computer workstation for long periods. Additional Qualification * US Citizenship and ability to pass a government sponsored background investigation.
