Description

Position Summary:

As an Order Management Specialist, you will:

  • Review customer orders:

  • Check billing and shipping address

  • Check ordered quantity and price against matching quotes

  • Check inventory availability

  • Follow SOP to enter customer orders into ERP system and keep good order records.

  • Follow SOX compliance guidance to perform 3 way order verification.

  • Send Sales Orders (SO) confirmation to customers.

  • Coordinate SO lead time

  • Maintain strong working relationships and communications with internal groups: customer care, manufacturing, and shipping,

  • Create and manage the customer profile in ERP

  • Review and triage other incoming emails in the order queue

  • Other projects related SO processing in ERP system

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

A.A Degree or equivalent qualification/discipline with 2-3 years of relevant industrial experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be careful, reliable and detail-oriented worker, who follows established procedures.

  • Must be productive, orderly, efficient in multi-tasked manufacturing environment

  • Previous experience with ERP System preferred

  • Experience in ISO 13485 and GMP environment a plus

  • Strong team player and self-starter with the ability to work independently

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
