The Order Management Representative is responsible for effectively communicating with Customers and the Sales Team to collect needed information for accurate and timely sales order entry. This is the primary order processing role.
Accurate and timely entry of sales orders of various order types for successful order fulfillment and invoicing
Communicate effectively with Sales Team/Customer to collect needed information for sales order entry
Meet any and all established KPI's related to Order Management
Manage and prioritize sales orders and information for timely sales order entry
Work with Daily time-sensitive issues that must be resolved prior to entry/shipping/billing of orders
Monitor order-based mailbox, App queue, and phone for orders and order information and ensure timely retrieval and entry
Actively participate in MDI process to help raise Customer Service to a higher level
Contribute Ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, processes and procedures
Partner with Sales, Operations, and fellow Customer Service team members as appropriate
Manage/assist with special projects
Respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challenges
Promote and maintain the professional image and reputation of the company
Enter chemical, reagent, equipment quotes, when outside E&E Quoting or APP scope
High School Diploma and minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Experience or 2-year College Degree.

Microsoft Navision (or other ERP software) experience a plus
