Kelly Services, a global workforce solutions company, has an excellent part time opportunity for an Order Fulfillment Specialist supporting our Teachers On Call (TOC) division. This is a position working directly for Kelly Services. The hours will be 6am to 9am, 5 days per week. The Specialist will sit onsite at our TOC office in Bloomington, MN.
Offer/assign substitutes to open available positions for each customer to meet customers' expectations on order fulfillment and update customer on status of orders
Build and maintain relationships with contacts and employees within a designated region
Document order requirements in front office systems
Analyze appropriate data (ie. Turnover, absenteeism, etc.) for sub pools for each assigned customer and make recommendations to manager and partner with appropriate departments to plan and execute strategy to ensure adequate sub pool for each customer
Escalate and communicate any major changes in customer needs and appropriate sub pool to manager and appropriate departments Customer Service
Serve as a main point of contact for temporary employee questions and concerns
Maintain thorough understanding and knowledge of team and client specific policies and procedures
Document and maintain accurate temporary employee records
Communicate job expectations, enforce policies and procedures, conduct performance review feedback, coach, counsel, develop and discipline temporary employees as necessary to ensure customer expectations are being met
Make decisions regarding termination of substitutes
Develop and maintain recognition and retention programs
Handle workplace violence and safety issues
Reach out to all newly activated temporary employees after their first worked assignment to ensure the overall experience was a good one
Document any follow up that needs to take place at the 30 day check in.
Field incoming calls and emails and distribute to appropriate department and/or resolve concerns/questions brought forth
Respond to team, customer and employee needs via email, phone or in-person
Manage/resolve customer and employee issues
Solicit, provide and resolve customer/employee feedback to improve service
Build rapport with customers and employees by ensuring the overall experience for both temporary employees and customers is a positive one
Desirable qualifications and experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Accomplish many detailed-oriented tasks simultaneously
