This position is responsible for pulling sales orders and preparing for delivery. This person will also be responsible for tracking product electronically on the State traceability system to ensure compliance with state laws and program regulations.

Essential Functions

  • Working cooperatively with sales to receive orders.

  • Exhibit competency in basic organizational skills, communication skills and windows based operating software.

  • Print labels for items on orders

  • Creating excel spreadsheets

  • Pull sales orders and prepare them for delivery; label in accordance with DoA rules & regulations

  • Manage time efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality work

  • Clean up all work areas and equipment at the end of every day.

  • Assist other departments as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Use independent judgment in regards to product processing, keeping quality and goals in mind.

  • Help create a positive environment by having a positive attitude and by being self-motivated.

  • Research, evaluate and adapt to new methods, in order to meet or exceed goals, and or modify their technique/procedures based on all applicable laws.

  • Invest time in learning new products and be able to communicate with direct supervisors as necessary.

  • Employee must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by GTI and the state of Illinois while processing patient medicine.

  • Employee must be able to work well independently, as well as with others.

  • Must have a basic understanding of the Medical Marijuana laws, rules and regulations set forth by the state and the D.O.A.; a pursuit to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws is appreciated and commendable.

  • Ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences, especially with the direct supervisors and co-workers.

  • Ability to use initiative and independent judgment appropriately, keeping in mind management expectations.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees.

  • Ability to perform a monotonous task with great efficiency over 8 hour work periods without losing quality.

  • Employee must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals.

Additional Requirements/Education & Experience

  • Illinois driver's license or State ID card

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

  • Must pass any and all required background checks

  • Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry

  • Must be approved by the D.O.A. to receive an Agent badge

  • High School Education or GED graduate; some college or college graduate preferred.

  • 1-2 years experience processing medical marijuana or other botanicals preferred.

  • 1-2 years experience in warehousing and inventory preferred.

  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Working Conditions

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform reaching, grasping, bending, stooping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.

  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.

  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) AND must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with plants and product.

Surg/ortho - Rock Island * They specialize in the care of all inpatient surgical patients, including but not limited to abdominal surgeries, hip and knee replacements. OB patients seen here since Birthplace is in Moline. * Bettendorf - Similar in size to Moline, see a wide variety of patients, many seeking non emergent care. Responsibilities Under the direct supervision of a Nurse, provide basic nursing care for the personal and comfort needs of the patient. Clinical Excellence/Patient Care• Contributes toward accomplishment of patient's Plan of Care goals by providing care activities as assigned by the nurse.• Demonstrates competence in the implementation/administration of age appropriate care in accordance with established Practice Guidelines, Policies/Procedures and State/Federal Law in regards to hygiene, nutritional, elimination, and activity measures as well as non-sterile/non-invasive procedures, oxygen setup, simple dressings, traction set-up, blood glucose testing, measuring and recording vital signs and non-sterile specimen collection.• Promptly completes documentation to assure an accurate legal record of patient's care. Active Certified Nursing Assistant as listed on the IA or IL Healthcare Worker Registry and/or active certification in another state and awaiting certification in state of employment2. Certified Nursing Assistant listed as inactive on a Healthcare Worker Registry who is currently in a role similar to a Patient Care Technician in a hospital or similar non-skilled/long term care facility. Previous certification and registry status must have been obtained; current employment as a Certified Nursing Assistant must be verified.3. Graduation from an accredited nursing program and waiting for NCLEX re-examination.4.
