Job Description:

Position Overview

Responsibilities include entering and processing customer orders, as well as managing all billing releases for Drop Shipments. Assist various departments in providing information, order status and participate in semi-complex problem solving activities while providing efficient and courteous Support.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily Order Entry role processing customer orders.

  • Electronic filing of orders and application support requests in preparation for order entry

  • Manage billing releases for Drop Shipments

  • Interfacing with other departments within the organization, such as engineering, technical support and finance as needed

  • Fostering strong relationships with Logistics and Sales Support

  • Selecting and understanding the appropriate processes from existing procedures and policies to perform daily activities

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Associates Degree or equivalent demonstrated work experience

  • Experience in order entry and processing within a manufacturing industry

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages

  • Detail oriented and well organized

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Critical thinking and complex problem resolution
